I like to write about life and software. I think of this section like a personal brag doc.

I sing and play ukulele, guitar, and piano. You can find my ukulele play-alongs and tutorials on Youtube.

I played ukulele with the Aloha Uke Squad, founded by Cynthia Lin, for 6 years. They are some of my favorite people. If you are looking to play music or jam with folks in San Francisco, they host a regular jam at Sports Basement in Stonestown.

Because I was frustrated with Ultimate Guitar, I built MusicParsed, a better site for song chords with no ads and no scrolling. The site is

I wrote a vegan cookbook, Basic Vegan Bites, with easy everyday recipes for two. I also share vegan recipes without ads or expositions.

I knit continental style and crochet. You can find me on Ravelry. While crocheting a cardigan that took forever, I built a stitch counter for tracking stitches. My favorite Pokémon is Mareep, and I sell a crochet pattern for a giant Mareep on Etsy.
